The first is that you must always do a warm up of some sort before you start weight lifting. Warming up can help in preventing injuries. You can do some light cardiovascular exercises (such as walking on the treadmill for 5 minutes) or a perform set with very light weights before working on sets with heavier weights.
What struck us most about the entire experience – what absolutely floored us – was how most of them STILL hadn’t done ANYTHING with the information!!!
The next step in the greater plan for my life is unfolding much like a rose bud beginning to bloom. I accept with excitement the challenge and responsibility of going to greater degrees of awareness. I spend quiet time alone daily to listen to and trust the greater wisdom within me to unfold, guiding me in making wise choices that support my growth.
When working out use sweat bands and body binders in your target areas to put heat on your adipose tissues. Burn fat off with jump ropes, squats and aerobics and do it for 30 to 40 minutes daily. If you stick to a daily work out, you will succeed in building your muscles while burning your fats at the same time. It will also make you look leaner and make the target areas smaller.
